758 AWUS83 KILX 062017 RWSILX ILZ027>031-036>038-040>057-061>063-066>068-071>073-070830- Weather Summary For Central And Southeast Illinois National Weather Service Lincoln IL 317 PM CDT Sun May 6 2018 Partly to mostly cloudy skies were seen across central and southeast Illinois, through the afternoon hours. A few light rain showers were seen across a few locations, mainly south of I 70 this afternoon as well. Temperatures across the area at 3 p.m., ranged from 75 degrees at Mattoon, to 84 degrees at Springfield A frontal boundary will slip south across the region tonight, and bring a chance for scattered showers and thunderstorms to southeast Illinois, and to portions of Indiana and Kentucky. After this front pushes through, high pressure will build into the Midwest. Dry and cooler weather will be associated with this high pressure ridge, for Monday and Tuesday. Overnight low temperatures, will range from the 40s across Wisconsin, to the upper 50s across the Missouri bootheel. High temperatures on Monday, will range from near 60 degrees across southeast Wisconsin and northwest Indiana, to the lower 80s across southwest Missouri. $$ JRP
