.DISCUSSION...
Wind speeds will increase late this morning thru this afternoon to
15 to 20 mph from the south, with gusts near 20 to 25 mph. MinRH
is expected to drop just below 20%, with temperatures climbing 
into the upper 70s. By tomorrow, temperatures and wind speeds will
increase significantly. MinRH on Tue afternoon is expected to be
in the single digits.
