.DISCUSSION...
Today will be sunny, mild and dry with minimum relative humidities
around 29 percent. A light north wind at ignition time will 
slowly turn to the northeast through the afternoon at wind speeds 
generally less than 10 mph. Relative humidity recovery tonight 
will be near 90 percent. Wednesday will be warmer and more breezy
with the return of southerly winds.
