312 AWCA82 TJSJ 282137 RWSPR Weather Summary for Puerto Rico National Weather Service San Juan PR Issued by National Weather Service Miami FL 537 PM AST Wed Mar 28 2018 Scattered showers developed across Puerto Rico, particularly in higher terrain this afternoon. This will continue through the evening with a remote risk of a thunderstorm or two as well. Locally heavy rainfall cant be ruled out and some urban and small stream flooding is possible. High temperatures reached the 80s and winds were generally onshore. Drier air will spread into the region late tonight and early Thursday, with dry and stable weather conditions expected into the weekend. Marine and surf zone conditions are hazardous. There is a high surf advisory and a high risk of rip currents. The local seas will be up to 10 feet so there is a small craft advisory for most of the local waters that will go into effect today. $$ This product is issued around 5 AM and 5 PM each day and weather conditions may change between issuances.
