The National Weather Service in San Juan has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Morovis Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Ciales Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Orocovis Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Corozal Municipality in Puerto Rico...

* Until 745 PM AST

* At 541 PM AST, Satellite imagery and the terminal doppler radar 
  indicated showers and thunderstorms with heavy rains will continue 
  to affect the advisory area. This will cause rapid rises in water 
  levels and minor flooding along rivers and streams, and in poor 
  drainage areas. 

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Corozal, Orocovis, Ciales, Morovis, Barahona and Franquez. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
