Light and variable winds are expected through mid-morning, before 
becoming southerly at 5 to 10 mph around 10 AM. These winds will 
then increase to 15 to 20 mph shortly after noon with occasional gusts
up to 30 mph. RH values will fall into the upper teens this afternoon.
