.DISCUSSION...Weak offshore flow will prevail across the area tonight
and Tuesday with some gusts around 15 mph through and below passes and 
canyons. With the weak offshore flow, temperatures will remain above
normal through Tuesday while relative humidity remains low. For Tuesday
night and Wednesday, the flow will turn weakly onshore, resulting in
slightly cooler temperatures and a slight increase in relative humidity.
