.AVIATION...Moisture will increase, with rain moving in overnight.
May be mixed with some sleet/snow mainly TRI to start late
tonight. Conditions will worsen as cigs/vis lower later
tonight/early Sunday, and will take all sites as low as IFR. As
low level jet strengthens tonight may be a period that reaches low
level wind shear criteria late tonight/early Sunday, but looks 
borderline and given model discrepancies confidence level not high
enough to include yet.
