Winds of 10 to 15 mph will result in wind chills that are 10 degrees below the air temperature. * SLICK ROADS...Some icy patches still remain on area roads and this will continue through midday. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Travel may be hazardous due to lingering icy patches on area roads. Motorists are urged to exercise caution when driving. Normal travel is possible, however be prepared to practice safe winter driving techniques, especially when crossing bridges and overpasses. In addition, dress in layers to protect yourself from the very cold conditions! Be careful when walking across any ice covered pavement. $$
