Light accumulations of generally less than one inch are expected from this fast- moving system, except for portions of northern North Dakota and northern Minnesota which could see a couple of inches. High temperatures today will range from the upper teens in northern North Dakota, to the upper 40s in southeast South Dakota. Even colder conditions can be expected for Thursday, before a slight warm-up this weekend with more seasonable temperatures. $$
