...FIRE WEATHER WATCH FOR LIGHTNING IN EFFECT WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON 
THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING...

.DISCUSSION...Isolated showers and thunderstorms will continue
near the Highline Fire through tonight. Storms will be capable of
producing outflow wind gusts to 55 mph and rainfall up to one-
half inch under storm cores. Light rain showers will persist 
overnight tonight, with another round of convective activity 
kicking off mid-day Wednesday. Wednesday looks to be the most 
active day as instability increases ahead of an an approaching 
upper level trough. Southwest winds will increase out ahead of 
this system. Haines 5 conditions will continue through Wednesday. 

Thursday will be cool and breezy (out of the northwest) behind 
the exiting trough. High pressure will gradually build back into 
Idaho Friday and Saturday, bringing a return to hot and dry 
conditions.

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy with isolated showers and 
                    thunderstorms. Thunderstorms may produce 
                    gusty winds in the afternoon. Chance of 
                    precipitation 20 percent.
