* At 833 PM CDT, the public reported thunderstorms producing heavy
rain and flooding in Odessa. Up to one inch of rain has already
fallen with more rainfall expected shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
western Midland County, Odessa, West Odessa, Midland International
Air and Space Port, Mission Dorado, Odessa Schelemeyer Field,
North Cowden and Warfield.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
