Northern Harrison County in northern West Virginia... * Until noon EDT * At 840 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in is occurring in multiple locations across Northern Harrison County with several roads impassable from earlier rains. Rises can also be expected along the West Fork River, especially from Clarksburg to Enterprise where runoff will continue into the early afternoon hours. Although the flash flood threat is over, it will take several hours for flood waters to recede and roads will likely remain closed well into the morning. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Clarksburg, Bridgeport, Shinnston, Lumberport, Enterprise, Wallace and Meadowbrook. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
