.DISCUSSION...Partly cloudy conditions into this afternoon with showers
and thunderstorms developing near the fire mainly after 1400 LST. The
stronger storms may produce a quick 0.25 inch of rainfall and gusty
winds in excess of 45 mph. Otherwise, expect 20-ft winds less than 15 mph
and daytime minimum humidity around 15 to 20 percent. Increasing moisture
will mean good overnight recoveries and slightly improved daytime humidity
Sunday afternoon. Chances for showers and thunderstorms will continue Sunday 
and Sunday night under partly cloudy skies.
