.DISCUSSION...A weak pressure pattern and resultant light mixed
layer flow is expected over the central Gulf coast today with fair
daily dispersion in place. High pressure nosing westward over the southeast
states on Saturday provides a more established southeast mixed
layer flow along with deep mixed layers. Dispersion on Saturday
trends higher.
