Otherwise conditions will be dry and cool across the Northern Plains with low temperatures in the 40s and 30s. Areas of the central Dakotas may see temperatures fall into the lower 30s. Expect warmer temperatures across much of the region on Wednesday with chances for showers and thunderstorms for western North Dakota into Montana. $$ AE
