.DISCUSSION...High pressure will allow mostly dry conditions 
to persist through Wednesday, and there will be a warming trend. 
Today's minimum RH will approach 20 percent late this afternoon. Winds 
will be light during the overnight hours, and subsidence inversions 
will mean poor dispersion, but low-level humidity will be insufficient 
for fog formation. Slightly breezy northwest winds can be expected 
this afternoon, becoming west-southwest Tuesday afternoon. The next 
sure chance of rain will be Friday afternoon.
