.DISCUSSION...North to Northeast low-level flow can be expected through
the morning. Clouds will increase through the day as a low pressure area 
moves closer to the south Oregon coast. Expect rain to develop over the 
seed orchard around mid-afternoon, then increase through the late 
afternoon and evening hours. It will become breezy Tuesday night.

                    afternoon. A slight chance of rain around 1200
                    then increasing rain mid to late afternoon.
