Early Monday morning freezing drizzle and a wintry mix will be possible, mainly in South Dakota. Chances for snow will remain in the forecast through Tuesday morning with widespread significant accumulating snowfall expected for much of the Northern Plains. Breezy winds will accompany the snow, creating dangerous conditions for travel. Periods of reduced visibilities and icy roads should be expected Sunday night through Tuesday morning.
