Much quieter weather across the Northern Plains states.

For the rest of today expect mostly clear skies giving way to 
increasing afternoon clouds across the western and central half
of the region. High temperatures will range from the teens across
southern Manitoba and northern Minnesota, to the 30s in
southwestern South Dakota.

Overnight low temperatures tonight should rebound into the teens and
20s across most of the region.
