Although the weather was improving, the impacts from the Christmas Day 2016 storm. Closed roads, blocked roads, and power outages, continued. Dangerous if not impossible travel will continue over parts of the region tonight. Overnight lows will range from the teens below zero over the southern Canadian Prairies, to the teens above zero over southeastern South Dakota and southern Minnesota. For Tuesday it is forecast to be partly sunny. High temperatures will range from the teens across southern Manitoba and northern Minnesota, to the 30s from Miles City Montana, through Rapid City South Dakota, to Sioux Falls. $$ Hargrove
