865 AWCA82 TJSJ 091025 CCA RWSPR Weather Summary for Puerto Rico...CORRECTED National Weather Service San Juan PR 625 AM AST Wed Nov 9 2016 Partly cloudy skies prevailed across Puerto Rico overnight. Some showers were noted mainly across the coastal waters. Low temperatures were in the low to mid 70s and the winds were light and variable. A moist and unstable environment along with a calm to light and variable winds is expected to prevail across the local region through at least Thursday. Therefore, the potential for active weather conditions to occur will persist throughout this period. Expect active weather conditions to persist with high potential for urban and small stream flooding each day in low lying and poor drainage areas. Land slides are also possible in areas of steep terrain. Marine conditions are expected to deteriorate today as a swell invades the local waters with seas increasing up to 8 feet. High surf advisory, a Rip Current Risk and a Small Craft advisory is in effect for most of local waters. $$ This product is issued around 5 AM and 5 PM each day and weather conditions may change between issuances.
