Bulk Download Help
This bulk download tool provides the NWS text
in a raw form, hopefully directly usable by your processing system.
You can either provide a complete 6-character PIL/AFOS ID or provide
the 3-character base ID (e.g., AFD). The start and end
dates represent 00 UTC for those dates. The Zip format is useful as
the filenames will have the product timestamp, which is useful for
when the product format has ambiguous timestamps.

Temperatures have fallen into the upper 30s northeast to upper 40s south and patchy fog has developed in areas where skies have briefly cleared. The clouds will slowly clear from southwest to northeast later today, with winds coming around to south southeast. On Friday winds will turn to southwest and increase, combining with resplendent sunshine to send temperatures soaring into the 70s across most of Iowa, with a few 80 degree readings possible in the south. A cool front will then cross the region on Saturday, bringing clouds and some light showers and returning temperatures closer to seasonal norms by Sunday. This pattern will repeat itself early next week, with another very warm day on Monday followed by daily highs in the 50s and 60s for the remainder of the work week. Aside from scattered light showers around Saturday night, the forecast is mostly dry through early next week. $$ Lee
