At 1 pm MDT (2 pm CDT) temperatures ranged from 56 degrees in McCook, Nebraska to 82 degrees in Gove, Kansas. Winds were shifting to the northwest at 5 to 15 mph, with some locations up to 20 mph. OUTLOOK... Dry conditions are expected to continue across the High Plains Tuesday night. Temperatures will be in the low to upper 40s under mostly cloudy skies becoming partly cloudy. Winds will primarily be from the northwest at 5 to 10 mph. Wednesday will continue to be warm and dry with temperatures reaching the low to upper 70s under sunny skies. Winds will be from the northwest and shift to the north at 5 to 15 mph. The remainder of the week and into the weekend are expected to be dry with temperatures in the 70s and 80s. $$
