545 AWCA82 TJSJ 250813 RWSPR Weather Summary for Puerto Rico National Weather Service San Juan PR 413 AM AST SUN SEP 25 2016 Clear to partly cloudy skies prevailed across the islands during the overnight and early morning hours. Passing showers were observed mainly over the offshore waters with only few light isolated showers affecting the northern and eastern coasts of the islands. Minimum temperatures were in the mid 70s to mid 80s across lower elevations. Winds were light and variable. Fair weather conditions will prevail in the morning. However...another round of showers and thunderstorms will develop once again over portions of the interior and west Puerto Rico in the afternoon. Moisture will remain normal or below normal through Monday...therefore the afternoon showers will form due to the diurnal heating and the sea breeze convergence. Across the regional waters, mariners can expect seas of 5 feet or less and east winds around 10 knots. $$ This product is issued around 5 AM and 5 PM each day and weather conditions may change between issuances.
