A few towering cumulus were present over land and scattered showers over coastal waters. This activity will spread coastal plains and affect khum initially and possibly knew and kmsy around 15z. Otherwise, expect VFR conditions for much of the overnight hours, but MVFR ceilings likely to redevelop at KMCB, KHDC and KBTR around 10Z, continuing through mid-morning. Moisture in place and heating will lead good coverage of convection after 17z around KBTR...KMSY...KMCB...KHUM and KHDC.
