  Illinois River near Peoria affecting Peoria...Tazewell and Woodford
  Counties
  Illinois River at Havana affecting Cass...Fulton and Mason Counties
  Illinois River at Beardstown affecting Brown...Cass...Morgan and 
  Schuyler Counties

The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil 
moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an alternate
route. Turn around, don't drown.

* Until further notice.
* At  845 PM Saturday the stage was 29.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 30.0 feet by 
  tomorrow morning then begin falling.
* Impact...At 29.6 feet...A few homes begin to flood in Henry.

* Until further notice.
* At  845 PM Saturday the stage was 26.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 26.7 feet by 
  early tomorrow morning. Additional rises may be possible 
  thereafter.
* Impact...At 26.5 feet...Several houses in Rome and Chillicothe 
  become isolated.

* Impact...At 26.0 feet...Big Lake Levee is overtopped.

* Until further notice.
* At  845 PM Saturday the stage was 28.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Major flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 28.9 feet by 
  Monday afternoon then begin falling.
* Impact...At 28.0 feet...Portions of Route 100 are closed due to 
  floodwaters. When down, the BNSF railroad bridge across the 
  Illinois River acts as dam. Big Lake levee is overtopped.
