Rain totals yesterday and last night averaged from around a quarter
inch to three quarters of an inch except along the Ohio river in
Hancock northern Meade and Northern Trimble county where an inch or
more of rain fell. A strong cold front moved through the state early
this morning causing temperatures to drop quickly. Midnight
temperatures were in the upper 50s to around 60. Temperatures
steadily dropped after midnight into the afternoon hours of today
and were in low to mid 40s. Cloudy skies continued into the
afternoon hours of today.

Much colder temperatures will filter into the Bluegrass state
tonight and tomorrow. Lows tonight will be in the upper teens and
highs Monday will only reach the mid to upper 20s. We can expect
partial sunshine tomorrow. A very cold remainder of the work week is
expected.
