AS A RESULT...SKIES WERE MOSTLY CLEAR ACROSS MOST OF THE STATE. THE EXCEPTION WAS ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE STATE WHERE SKIES WERE MOSTLY CLOUDY AS A DISTURBANCE MOVED NORTHEAST ACROSS WYOMING. WINDS WERE EITHER CALM OR LIGHT AND VARIABLE BETWEEN 5 AND 15 MPH. TEMPERATURES STARTED THE EVENING IN THE 50S. BY 4 AM...READINGS HAD COOLED INTO THE 40S AT MOST LOCATIONS. FOR TODAY...SKIES WILL BE MOSTLY SUNNY WITH A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR A SHOWER OR THUNDERSTORM. AFTERNOON HIGHS WILL MAINLY BE IN THE 70S. $$ WEATHER.GOV/BILLINGS
