THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE ACROSS THE WESTERN DAKOTAS...WHERE GUSTS MAY REACH 40 MPH. ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING IN EASTERN MONTANA. THESE STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO THE WESTERN DAKOTAS THROUGH THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING. SOME OF THESE STORMS MAY BECOME SEVERE...WITH LARGE HAIL...DAMAGING WINDS...AND ISOLATED TORNADOES POSSIBLE. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN IN THE FORECAST THROUGH THE WEEKEND. $$ ACOOP
