ACROSS THE WESTERN DAKOTAS SKIES ARE PARTLY CLOUDY. WINDS THIS MORNING ARE OUT OF THE NORTHWEST AROUND 15 TO 25 MPH GUSTING TO 35 MPH. THE REST OF THE AFTERNOON WILL BE BREEZY ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS WITH HIGHS IN THE LOWER 40S IN MINNESOTA TO THE 50S IN EASTERN MONTANA AND THE WESTERN DAKOTAS. PRECIPITATION ACROSS MINNESOTA AND THE EASTERN DAKOTAS WILL TURN TO MOSTLY RAIN AND WILL LAST THROUGH TONIGHT. $$ MM
