RAIN IS MOVING INTO THE AREA...BUT VIS/CIGS WILL REMAIN VFR FOR A
FEW MORE HOURS AS PRECIP FALLS INTO A LOW LEVEL DRY LAYER. THIS
LAYER WILL EVENTUALLY MOISTEN...BRINGING MVFR CIGS LATER TONIGHT.
VIS MAY LOWER TO IFR AT TIMES IN HEAVIER RAINFALL. ALTHOUGH A
STRONG LOW LEVEL JET WILL PRODUCE RAPIDLY INCREASING WINDS WITH
HEIGHT...WILL NOT INCLUDE LLWS DUE TO THE TOP OF THE SHEAR LAYER
BEING ABOVE 2000 FT. MOST PRECIP SHOULD EXIT BY NOON...BUT CIGS
REMAIN MVFR THROUGH THE DAY. ANOTHER ROUND OF RAIN IS EXPECTED
TOWARD THE END OF THE TAF PERIOD.
