* TIMING...SNOW AND SLEET WILL CHANGE TO FREEZING RAIN AND RAIN
  DURING THE LATE MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON. THE PRECIPITATION
  IS EXPECTED TO CHANGE TO RAIN DURING THE AFTERNOON, HOWEVER SOME
  AREAS OF THE LEHIGH VALLEY, THE POCONOS AND NORTHWESTERN NEW
  JERSEY WILL HOLD ONTO FREEZING RAIN FOR A WHILE BEFORE TAPERING
  OFF. THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR SOME FREEZING DRIZZLE TONIGHT.

* IMPACTS...THE COMBINATION OF SNOW, SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN WILL
