TEMPERATURES RANGED IN THE UPPER 40S TO LOWER 50S...ALTHOUGH A LIGHT EAST WIND WAS KEEPING THE LAKESHORE COMMUNITIES IN THE MID 40S. THE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL TRACK TO THE OHIO VALLEY TONIGHT AND THEN STALL ALONG THE APPALACHIANS ON FRIDAY. THIS SYSTEM WILL KEEP CLOUDS OVER THE EAST...BUT SKIES WILL BECOME PARTLY CLOUDY OVER CENTRAL AND NORTHERN WISCONSIN TONIGHT. OVERNIGHT TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE A FEW DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.
