BISMARCK...DICKINSON...AND JAMESTOWN ALL BROKE THEIR RECORD HIGHS FOR THIS VETERANS DAY...AND WILLISTON TIED THEIR RECORD HIGH FOR TODAY WITH 63 DEGREES. THE TEMPERATURE RANGE THIS AFTERNOON WAS FROM 71 DEGREES AT HETTINGER TO 63 DEGREES AT WILLISTON. TONIGHT WE WILL SEE INCREASING CLOUDS WITH A CHANCE OF RAIN SHOWERS WEST AND CENTRAL AFTER MIDNIGHT. FORECAST LOW TEMPERATURES ARE FROM THE LOWER 30S NORTHWEST TO THE LOWER 40S SOUTHEAST. $$ VJR
