AVERAGE TEMPERATURE WAS 52.6 DEGREES WHICH WAS 4.8 DEGREES ABOVE 
NORMAL.  THIS IS THE 9TH WARMEST MONTH ON RECORD AND TIES A PREVIOUS 
YEAR OF 2001.  THE FIRST 22 DAYS WERE ABOVE NORMAL WITH THE WARMEST 
DAY COMING ON THE 4TH WITH 80 DEGREES. THE LAST 8 DAYS WERE COOLER 
THAN NORMAL WITH A HIGH OF ONLY 48 DEGREES REPORTED ON THE 23RD. THE 
COOLEST OVERNIGHT TEMPERATURE CAME ON THE 2ND AND 28TH WITH A LOW OF 
26 DEGREES...ON THE OTHER HAND...THE WARMEST OVERNIGHT TEMPERATURE 
CAME ON THE 19TH WITH 59 DEGREES REPORTED.

MONTHLY PRECIPITATION TOTALED 2.67 INCHES. THIS IS 0.56 INCHES BELOW 
NORMAL FOR APRIL.  THE GREATEST 24 HOUR RAINFALL TOTAL FELL ON THE 
22ND WITH 1.15 INCHES REPORTED.  NO RECORDS WERE BROKEN.
