SNOW FELL ACROSS PARTS OF THE SOUTHWEST AND ALL OF THE CENTRAL INTO THE EAST. PRECIPITATION AMOUNTS FROM 20 HUNDREDTHS TO 40 HUNDREDTHS AND NEW SNOWFALL AMOUNTS FROM 3 TO 5 INCHES WERE QUITE COMMON TODAY IN AREAS OF WEST CENTRAL AND ACROSS MOST OF CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA. AFTERNOON HIGHS RANGED FROM 43 DEGREES AT JAMESTOWN TO 31 DEGREES AT GARRISON. TONIGHT LOOK FOR MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES. SNOW WILL BE ENDING NORTH CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST. AREAS OF FOG ARE POSSIBLE WEST AND CENTRAL. EXPECT LOWS FROM THE MID 20S TO AROUND 30 DEGREES. $$ VJR
