TEMPERATURES EARLY THIS MORNING RANGED FROM AROUND 10 BELOW ZERO NORTH...TO THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO OVER EAST CENTRAL WISCONSIN. CANADIAN HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO DRIFT OVER THE REGION TODAY. MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES BUT SLIGHTLY COLDER THAN NORMAL TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED. TONIGHT...CLOUDS WILL BE ON THE INCREASE AS A WEAK LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM APPROACHES FROM THE NORTHERN PLAINS.
