TEMPERATURES WERE MILD AS MOST LOCATIONS DID NOT FALL BELOW 20 DEGREES. THIS IS THE RESULT OF STRONG DOWNSLOPE FLOW OVER THE ROCKIES. OVERNIGHT LOWS AS OF 6 AM RANGE FROM 17 AT BISMARCK TO 27 AT MINOT. TODAY...IT WILL PARTLY SUNNY AND VERY MILD. EXPECT NEAR RECORD HIGHS FROM THE MID 50S WEST TO THE MID 40S EAST. $$ JC
