MOSTLY CLOUDY TO CLOUDY SKIES PREVAILED ACROSS THE EASTERN HALF OF 
KANSAS THROUGHOUT THE AFTERNOON HOURS. TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE 
MIDDLE 70S TO LOWER 80S WITH EASTERLY WINDS AT SPEEDS FROM 5 TO 10 
MPH.

A LARGE AREA OF SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO DOMINATE THE 
THE PLAIN STATES AND EXTEND FROM THE DAKOTAS TO THE MISSOURI AND 
CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEYS INTO EARLY TUESDAY. DRY AND 
SEASONALLY COOL WEATHER WILL CONTINUE TO PREVAIL IN THESE AREAS FOR 
THE NEXT COUPLE DAYS.  

OVERNIGHT LOWS WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER 40S IN NORTHERN IOWA, TO 
THE LOWER 70S IN ARKANSAS. HIGH TEMPERATURES TUESDAY WILL RANGE FROM 
THE MIDDLE 70S TO MIDDLE 80S REGION WIDE.
