AS OF 1150 PM...THE STRONGEST STORMS WERE ALONG STATE HIGHWAY 88 BETWEEN TORTILLA FLAT AND LAKE ROOSEVELT. MOTORISTS DRIVING ALONG THIS ROAD SHOULD BE ON ALERT FOR LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES. $$ RSB
