Bulk Download Help
This bulk download tool provides the NWS text
in a raw form, hopefully directly usable by your processing system.
You can either provide a complete 6-character PIL/AFOS ID or provide
the 3-character base ID (e.g., AFD). The start and end
dates represent 00 UTC for those dates. The Zip format is useful as
the filenames will have the product timestamp, which is useful for
when the product format has ambiguous timestamps.

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE PENDLETON OR
1100 AM PDT THU AUG 14 2003...RE SENT
...DUE TO UPGRADE IN SYSTEM FORECAST MAY NOT BE ON THE INTERNET...
...INCREASING WINDS FRIDAY AFTERNOON WITH HOT AND DRY CONDITIONS...
.DISCUSSION...
A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OFF THE COAST AND AN UPPER HIGH OVER THE FOUR
CORNERS REGION-TO THE UPPER MIDWEST WILL KEEP A SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST
FLOW OVER THE FIRE TODAY AND FRIDAY. THE ATMOSPHERE WILL BE STABLE
AND VERY DRY. THE UPPER LOW OFF THE COAST WILL BEGIN TO MOVE INLAND
LATE FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY. THIS WILL BRING COOLER TEMPERATURES...
INCREASING WIND AND HIGHER HUMIDITIES. THE ATMOSPHERE WILL BECOME
MORE UNSTABLE WITH THE INITIAL FRONT WHICH MAY POSSIBLY PRODUCE A
SHOWER OR THUNDERSTORM...BUT AT THIS TIME THE CHANCES ARE VERY
SLIGHT.
