High pressure over the district will continue. An upper level low off the California coast will drift inland Friday...with scattered showers developing over zones 611 and 608 Friday afternoon. Could see a few thunderstorms in these zones as well. Main effect for the rest of the district will be for increased onshore flow. A cold front will drop south out of British Columbia and should reach Astoria late Saturday morning...then push across the district later Saturday.
