Discussion: Strong High Pres Aloft Will Remain Centered over the
Eastern Pacific Through about Mid-week...Then Weaken Later in the
Week. A Weak Disturbance Will Drop S out of British Columbia and
Reach the Area this Evening. This Will Induce Onshore Surface Flow
And a Minor Marine Intrusion. Gradients Will Switch to Offshore
Tuesday Night and Wed. The rest of next week appears dry as well. An
upper low will move across North or Central California Thursday...but
should not spread any precipitation into the district. High pressure
will build again Friday and Saturday.
