THERE IS ANOTHER PLUME OF HIGH LEVEL MOISTURE IN SOUTHWEST FLOW OVER WESTERN ZONES. 00Z PLOT DATA INDICATED FLOW BETWEEN 700-500 hPa LIGHT EASTERLY OVER ALL OF ARIZONA WITH DESERT ROCK SOUNDING AND KESX VWP SHOWING SOUTHEAST FLOW.
