Happy New Year! The just completed December 2015 has rewritten the record books for much of the country. The featured chart displays the climate district average temperature ranks with a sizable portion of the Midwest analyzed to have their warmest December on record. This warmth was accompanied by very wet conditions with many of the same districts also having seen their wettest December on record.
