High temperatures on Thursday struggled to reach the 40s over much of Iowa. Warmer weather is expected today, but only to reach average values for this time of year. This weather is a far cry from 70s reached just 10 days ago. The downward trend in climatology shows us though what to expect as full blown winter creeps ever closer.
