The featured image is from the Glidden webcamera at 4:20 PM for three days since the start of winter showing the sun getting higher in the sky. If you were to make a composite image of the sun's location in the sky over the course of a year, you would get a figure 8 shaped analemma. The IEM generated a cheap timelapse from the Glidden cam showing a portion of this pattern.
