NOAA's National Weather Service is forecasting high temperatures well into the 50s and lower 60s in Western Iowa today. One starts to wonder how bad the weather will be in the spring to compensate for all of this warm weather in January. The forecast for the remainder of the month calls for high temperatures to continue above normal.
