As you may know, today is the last day of 2003, so it is time to look back on the year in weather. Highlights that come to mind were: Hurricane Isabel, early September storms helping to ease the drought, all of the early May rain which prompted the IEM to build an arc, the early April heavy (literally) snowfall, and our first winter storm waiting until 15 January. And of course, who could forget the classified look at the IEM data coffers.
